Attendant Services

Book an attendant to help you safely navigate your event. The attendant is there to assist and guide the kids as they safely use the equipment. Parents are still required to monitor their child(ren).

An Attendant will supervise people going in & out of an inflatable or area. Each Attendant can supervise ONLY 1 inflatable. If having multiple items, you will need to have multiple attendants.

An Attendant is not able to operate a concession machine (unless provided by us) or perform any other duties, including serving food, buss tables, take out trash, and decorate.

The attendant will be there for the duration of the rental period.

The Attendant may deny entry to the item to any person, if in the opinion of the Attendant the entry may cause above normal exposure to risk of discomfort or injury to the person who desires to enter, or if in the opinion of the Attendant the entry may jeopardize the safety of other patrons or employees.

It is the attendants responsibility to remove participants that engage in an aggressive bodily contact with other patrons.

The attendant is to exercise good judgment and act in a responsible manner while minors are playing in or around our items and ensure participants are obeying all written and oral instructions & warnings.
